» What is your cancellation policy?

  • All appointments must be changed or cancelled at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled time. A Three Strike policy will apply to any appointment that needs to be cancelled or changed under 48 hours. First time will incur a $25 fee per service, second time will be 50% of your service fee, or $25 per service, and third time will be 100% of the service. Following the third cancellation or change, I can no longer be your service provider.

» I contacted you, when will I hear back?!

  • I typically respond Tuesdays or Thursdays, unless I'm on vacation!

» What is the best way to contact you?

  • I respond best through text message, it sometimes is a little harder to get back through phone calls. DM's & PM's sometimes get lost or I don't get a notification, so please text me for any & all needs.

» How am I able to pick up product?

  • I offer easy pick up on days that I am working Friday-Monday, send me a text of what you would like to order then I will send you an invoice to your email & will set your odrer in a convenient place to grab.

» How often should I receive services?

  • Most services are based on a 4-6 week cycle. Staying in within that range will give you best results.

» What is the best age to start facials?

  • Any age! Skin is so dynamic so weather you are trying to treat breakouts or maintain more youthful skin its never to early or late to start. I use all organic natural products that I customize every one of my treatments.

» What age is best to start waxing?

  • Waxing can be a little more abrasive, so I usually wait until 12-14 years old depending on their skin. I also provide tweezing if I'm not comfortable doing so.
